Wellsville High School

Institutional Construction
in Wellsville, OH

Located on a compact site between State Route 7 and a dense residential area, the new brick and concrete masonry high school represents a total square footage of 82,924 square feet. It is broken up into four tall pitched metal roof “wings” with low rubber roof areas connecting the “wings”. The academic classrooms, media center, auditeria/music rooms and gymnasium make up the four “wings”. The two story academic wing contains all the classrooms and administrative offices. A modular technology and multi-media projection lab is up-to-date with all new technology, which includes fiber optic connections to each classroom and to the other buildings in the school district. This project was completed and occupied in April of 2001.
