Phase 1

Grae-Con was the General Contractor for the procurement and installation of the Wastewater Treatment Facility at the Allegheny Energy Pleasants Power Station. The project consisted of deep foundation piling, concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry work, electrical conduit, piping, siding and doors for the 19,820 sq. ft. structure. The scope included 3 tank foundations and the truck unloading station. 

Phase 2

Grae-Con was the General Contractor for the installation of the Pleasants Wastewater Treatment Facility's equipment, piping, and electrical work for the 232’-0” long by 80’-0” wide by 43’- 0” high facility. The scope included setting all owner furnished equipment, tanks, pumps, skids, lighting, MCC room, office, containments, and HVAC equipment.
